I am on my 6th day of the cleanse. It is driving me crazy that I can’t eat. I feel great, and I have lost about 8 pounds. I forget to drink tea at night, but the times that I have, I have experienced miserable episodes in the middle of the night. I am worried about gaining back the weight when I go off, and I have a big family holiday coming up 4 days after the cleanse. I am hoping I can speed up the 5 day process by eating oranges with my juice the first day, veggies with my broth the second day, grains, salad, veggies the third day, and then by day 4 of weaning off I can eat a meal with my family. I hope speeding it up one day won’t hurt.
