My Meal Plan

A few months ago I was able to get a consultation from a nutritionist during the Nutrilite event. I forgot the name of my nutritionist but anyway here's what she recommended as daily meal plan :

Breakfast - Rice , 1 serving of string-beans and tofu and a glass of milk
AM Snack - yogurt
Lunch - Rice , 1 serving of vegetables with tofu and 1 fruit
PM Snack - Pesto with nuts
Dinner - Rice , 1 serving of vegetables and 1 fruit.
Before Bedtime - 1 glass of milk

For daily serving

  • 2-3 glasses of milk

  • 1 yogurt

  • 2 square tofu1/4 - 3/4 cup legumes and nuts
