During our visit there was a demonstration of the subtle complexities of the tea ceremony and the noble art of Sutra calligraphy. It purifies our spirit and broaden our perspective as we practice breathing meditation, it took us on a tour of the temple and introduce the world of Mahayana Buddhism.
Lastly, we indulge in a feast of delicious vegetarian food and fragrant tea.
