Locally Merci Buco

Locally’s Merci Buco coco water is the perfect drink for hydration. In fact, it has an average of only 40 to 50 calories across all variants and only 10 grams of sugar (for flavoured variants) and making Locally Merci Buco Organic Coconut Water variant even safe for diabetics! Locally Merci Buco is likewise free from fat, cholesterol, gluten, and GMO.

Locally Merci Buco also has electrolytes. Fitness and sports enthusiasts know for a fact that sweating it out leads to an electrolyte imbalance in the body that may affect muscle contraction and heartbeat functions. Having Locally Merci Buco coco water as a post-workout drink will replenish major electrolytes lost after you exercise.

But if you’re not into fitness or exercise, but just want something to hydrate you when you feel like your throat is in Sahara Desert mode, or if you’re simply bored with plain, old water, then grab a 330ml or 1 litre pack of Locally Merci Buco and chug away!

And unlike other juice drinks that are made from concentrates, Locally Merci Buco still has the natural health benefits of coconuts, such as being a good source of potassium, calcium, and magnesium. Coco water also helps the kidneys function well and reduces high blood pressure or hypertension by improving blood circulation. It can also soothe an upset or inflamed stomach or mild gastrointestinal infections, and help regulate bowel movement.

Don’t panic, it’s organic! Locally Merci Buco is the only coconut water in the Philippines certified by both the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) 1 and EcoCert2 - international regulating bodies that are strict in accrediting organic products. This means that you are assured of the 100% organic drink’s quality and integrity, with ingredients grown without the use of icky stuff like pesticides, synthetic fertilizers, sewage sludge, GMO, or ionizing radiation.

On top of all these amazing health benefits, Locally’s Merci Buco adds to your delightful drinking experience by offering two unique Pinoy flavors—Buco Pandan and Buco Lychee.

Now, stretch those muscles and go for a run towards your nearest Rustan’s, PureGold, and Robinsons supermarkets and grab a pack of Merci Buco. Also available in the US and the Middle East, if you feel like exercising towards there as well.

Honestbee, making life easy

Going through motherhood is never easy. Being a hands on mommy, time is so precious that I have to make wiser decisions on how am I going to spend it. Today, I find delivery services essential to my life just like my new best friend. 😊

First Lazada, for I can search almost everything. Mostly for my baby needs etc. Then, Food delivery services such as Foodpanda and Good Food Vegetarian, if I'm too busy with Baby Adi and I have no time to prepare for our lunch or dinner they're the one who saves me/us from hunger. And just recently, I'm so happy to get to know about Honestbee.

I love doing the groceries, I find it very therapeutic. I used to go through all the aisles trying to look for great deals, checking for nutritional facts, prices and the expiry dates. That was before I became a mom. Now, it's such a hard task even if the grocery store is just so near from our place. Imagine bringing my baby in a stroller to the grocery store all by myself, there were times we're unlucky to find ourselves in a long queue at the counter.

There's this one time, Baby Adi got very hungry during our queue at the counter. I breastfeed her by the way. So, there she got hungry and started crying. I had to feed her first  before we can get home. Since the store didn't have an area where i can breastfeed privately, I just grabbed a seat somewhere there, cover then off to feed her.

Just imagine my agony and how much was time wasted doing the grocery alone.

And there goes Honestbee. Here's a brief background on how I came across Honestbee. Every night I kept on seeing Honestbee' s riders outside the grocery store. I didn't know what it was back then. Out of curiosity I googled it. I'm so pleased with the services they're offering. They offer groceries, food and laundry delivery services. I downloaded it from the App Store and tadaaaa! Groceries on my doorstep. Not only that, I was given P500% off my first transaction. It's just wow!

Thank you for making my life easy, Honestbee! 🐝😘

Bike and Save Money

When I go to office, I ride a tricycle who charges 30 pesos as a special rate, and that's one way.
But sometimes tricycle drivers rips me off and charges more, they say the charge is 35, sometimes 40.

Double the 30 pesos is equals 60 pesos and with this amount I spend everyday I can buy a meal.

So what if I save it?

...when I have a folding bike I got from Epson Philippines as a Christmas gift two years ago and I've been taking care of it a little bit.
