Her favorite veg hangout is GREENS restaurant at QC eventually the owner became her friend because she eats here more often.Award winning actress Yasmien Kurdi is a role model to the youth, because she is a friendly person and she smiles every time. A good influence to those who wants to become vegetarian , she even influenced her Mom to have the same lifestyle and according to her ,her Mom now is starting to go vegetarian. It`s advocacy for year 2009 concerning the rights of chickens.
Yasmien is a long time Peta Advocate and a Vegan since she joined the group.
A staunch supporter of Peta and it`s ideals ,Yasmien has been very active in using her celebrity status to provide awareness and encourage the public to drop meat from their diet and practice a healthy lifestyle by eating vegetables instead.
She even influenced her Mom to Go Veg.
