Woke up late stretch

Baby Adi woke up many times and cried loud so I woke up like this and I had a late stretch

Warm up stretch
Sit ups 50 , 10 and 30
Plaked 2 times at 60 secs each
Pull ups 2 times at 12 reps each
Pull bars 2 and 3 reps

...then I had a 4 laps swim.

This can't be called balik alndowg because it's a lousy one.

I'm gonna catch up starting tonight.
