A Brief History of Impressca
Miss Beth first opened the restaurant in Legazpi City in 1994 when she was still in college.
2006, it closed down.
When God paved the way to reopen her business in 2008 she took advantage of a better way to revive the business by bringing it to the metro and educate the people living in the city - enjoying life's pleasure with healthy choices while taking care of our Mother Earth.
We only have one planet to live and it's going to give up if we're not going to take care of it.

When Wendys has stopped serving customized salad, Impressca has continued it's trend and it has become their best seller in all branches.
Another healthy food served is the 5 Herbs Marinara Pasta – consist of oregano, taragon, black pepper, basil and cumin. The most beneficial herbs are in this meal.
