Updates on Buko

As I woke up today , my stomach craves for something,

Something that is so refreshing at the same beneficial. So before taking any solid food , I'd rather look for a buko vendor.

In U.P. Wet and Dry market Fresh Malauhog Buko Juice is only 18.00 pesos, not bad compared to other buko vendor who sells buko for 20.00 pesos.

A few days ago I posted the benefits of drinking fresh buko juice :

• refreshing and rehydarating

• treats urethral stones and kidney

• acts as blood plasma substitute

• electrolytic

• good source of potassium

Benefits of drinking Fresh Buko Juice

I had so much food yesterday so I decided to eat by 12 noon today. Though breakfast is the most important meal I often don't do it. To break my fast I make sure to drink Fresh Buko Juice, by doing this helps clean the intestines and re-hydrates the body system.

Every time I do this I would request for a Fresh Malauhog Buko Juice, then I would make it cold.

Fresh Buko Juice is recommended to drink when you are fasting.
