ECHOyoga workshops this February

Starting February, Friday night at 6:30 p.m., VINYASA FLOW classes will now be LED ASHTANGA to be taught by Tesa Celdran. To practice and develop under the dynamic traditional style of Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga, following the lineage taught by Shri K Pattabhi Jois, students may also take classes every Tuesday night at 6:30 p.m. (taught by Marilen Elizalde) and Mysore on Saturday mornings at 8 a.m. (taught by Tesa Celdran). Mysore is the traditional way that the style is taught, where students progress at their own pace under the guidance of a teacher who teaches them the sequence.
