Christine Jacob-Sandejas shares the benefits of swimming

Swimming has been my favorite recreation, more than being a sport it gives me total satisfaction.
Whenever there's time I see to it that I could spend it in swimming, even alone !
A few days ago I was able to meet Olympian swimmer Christine Jacob-Sandejas and I was able to ask a few tips on swimming and what are the benefits of doing this for fitness.
