There are so many varieties of apple, here in the Philippines we do have Fuji and Washington apple. We also have the green apple.
But more than it's colors it has so much benefits which makes an apple worth eating for.
The benefits of eating apple:
- protects your heart
- prevents constipation
- blocks diarrhea
- improves lung capacity
- cushions joints
