Cabalen @ West Ave. is Veg Friendly

for my food blog:
This is my second time to eat all you can here in Cabalen,Thanks to Playboy Philippines.
This is where they held their Monthly Presscon.
Cabalen has got everything for buffet: from soup, appetizer, main course to dessert.
I can say it`s veg friendly since it offers a lot of all vegetable options.
They`ve got crispy kangkong, mushroom soup, ensaladang singkamas, steamed vegetables, mustasa, saba, almost all veggies in the Bahay Kubo song.
I am looking forward on experiencing other Cabalen branches.
How to get there?
From Trinoma ride a jeepney going to Quiapo and then drop at Cabalen mismo.

Vegatarian Bowl

In Robinsons Galleria's food court there is a vegetarian-friendly food-chain that I know it's the Mongolian Quickstop. My favorite is their Vegetarian bowl. It consists of rice, tofu, togue, and other vegetables for a reasonable price of 90+ Php. Hmmm not bad. And It`s nice to pair it with fruit magic Green Mango shake.
It tastes different, not the common pinoy taste because it's a little sweet and spicy.
Well, you can choose your own since there's a variety of choices. This is just their default sauce.

What's so good about this place?
You can make your own style of food because they have all the ingredients to spices to sauces which are ready to cook. All you have to do is choose from any and they will cook it for you!

Halo Organic Store and Cafe

As I walk in the valley of the shadow of Cubao Expo I discovered another vegetarian restaurant in the Philippines.

I dropped by at Halo, first veg thing that comes into my mind when I`m in Cubao.

I know they`ve got pesto but I was there for the Malunggay Pasta aside from the reason that I`m a pasta lover.

well I ordered Pesto instead since they`ve got no Malunggay Pasta that time.

And paired it with the Tarragon Tea Shake

So what is Tarragon?

An old French remedy for insomnia and hyperactivity that's been tried with pretty good success is tarragon tea .Tarragon is an herb, which has a flavor that resembles licorice.

I`ve been in Halo number of times that`s why I`ve already tasted some of their specialty.

I recommend Halo Organic Store and Cafe for Veg and Vegan coz  they`ve got really nice food for us. Just be patient they only have 2 crews.

for more info visit their multiply. http://haloproducts.multiply.com
